Licensed and credentialed nationwide.

Every clinician in the network practices under an active, unrestricted license in each state where care is delivered. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are credentialed across all fifty states and U.S. territories, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Credentialing follows primary-source verification of licensure, education, training, board certification, work history, and malpractice history, with ongoing monitoring of license status, sanctions, and exclusion lists. Care is delivered in accordance with each jurisdiction's telemedicine standards, scope-of-practice rules, and standard-of-care requirements.

AM Best-rated malpractice coverage.

Medical malpractice coverage is placed with AM Best-rated carriers, the global benchmark for insurer financial strength. Coverage extends across the jurisdictions and modalities in which the network practices, supporting both the clinicians and the platform partners they serve.

Risk management is treated as a continuous discipline: incidents are documented and reviewed, coverage is maintained in force for the duration of each engagement, and limits are aligned to the clinical scope of the work performed.

Compliant prescribing and fulfillment.

Prescriptions are issued only following a clinically appropriate evaluation that establishes a valid practitioner-patient relationship consistent with state and federal telemedicine requirements. Fulfillment runs through a vetted network of licensed pharmacies, with cold-chain and controlled-substance pathways used only where clinically indicated and legally permitted.

Controlled-substance prescribing follows DEA and state requirements, including registration, electronic prescribing, and the applicable telemedicine rules governing remote evaluation. Pharmacy partners are verified for licensure and good standing in the jurisdictions they serve.
